Harbor Lights Festive Holiday Cocktail

A festive, pretty pink drink that is light, refreshing and contains just the right amount of bubbly to make a holiday party!

Thanks to our friends at Half Moon Bay Distillery for sharing their fabulous Gin!

1 oz Harvard Ave. Gin
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
1/2 oz Fresh Meyer Lemon Juice
2 Teaspoons Muddled Cranberry Sauce
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
Ice Cubes
2 oz. cold sparkling wine

Muddle the cranberry sauce in a cocktail shaker slightly before adding the gin, simple syrup, lemon juice and bitters. Add ice and shake well. Double strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass and top with the sparkling wine. Garnish with fresh cranberries skewered on a cocktail pick.
