Return Policies

Caron's Beach House Return Policies

Note: If your package has arrived Damaged, please see our Damage Policy Page for instructions and details. 

Return Policy: Caron's Beach House strives to make your shopping experience memorable. We understand that sometimes a product does not meet our customers' needs and must be returned, and we want to facilitate this as best as we can. If your shipment does not meet your satisfaction, you may return your items for a full refund or exchange, less the original shipping costs, and/or any shipping costs that were incurred by Caron's Beach House if your order was originally shipped with a free shipping promotion.

 
Please e-mail Caron's Beach House for a return authorization number and shipping return address. We will not accept phone call requests.
Your name, order number and reason for return must be included in your e-mail. support@caronsbeachhouse.com  

The following rules do apply:

  • MUST contact Caron's Beach House within 7 days of receiving items to request Return
  • Home Decor Items may be returned up to 30 days after purchase, and must be in like-new sellable condition. "Sellable Condition" means that all returned items must be in their original factory condition and in their original packages with all factory-supplied paperwork, packing materials, etc. All rugs, lighting, pillows and items that come pre-packaged with factory labels must still have these INTACT.  If items are inspected and received by our warehouse, and are determined not returned in this condition, your return will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
  • CBH does not accept returns after 30 days from the date of your receipt of the item.
  • Once an item has been installed or used, it may not be returned.
  • Purchasers will be responsible for all return postage.
  • Please note the reason for the return, and please make sure that the items are properly repackaged for safe shipment back to Caron's Beach House. 
  • CBH highly recommends sending your returns back to our warehouse fully insured for the cost of your items, and with trackable numbers.
  • Please note if you would like to receive store credit or a refund.
  • Credit will be issued after inspection of your return items to our facility. or to our manufacturers facility. If your package arrives damaged, you will be directed to work with your shipping company to process the insurance claim. 
  • Any and all shipping costs incurred by Caron's Beach House will be deducted from any credit on returns.

The following additional restrictions do apply:

  • No returns on Clearance Items or Items that have been marked as Non-Returnable
  • No returns on Custom ordered Home Décor Items 
  • No returns on Made to Order items 
  • No returns on Bedding
  • No returns on Holiday or Seasonal Items
