Shipping Terms & Conditions:
Free Shipping Promotions will ONLY apply to orders processed within the Continental United States. NO exceptions.
Alaska and Island Orders:
Please be aware that an additional shipping cost will be assessed for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, the Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico. An invoice will be sent after your order is placed for the actual shipping costs, and your order will not ship unless this invoice is paid prior to shipment.

Caron's Beach House currently does not offer International Shipping
In-stock (NON-Custom) items are usually shipped within 3-7 business days of your order.(many time much faster!) Be aware that some of our merchandise will be shipped directly from our manufacturers and all boxes may not arrive at the same time to your address. We sincerely apologize ahead of time for this inconvenience. Caron's Beach House orders are shipped via UPS Ground, USPS Priority or Fed-Ex Home Delivery. Please make sure that your correct shipping address is entered during the checkout process, in order to avoid costly address correction requests with our shipping companies and time delays.
Please also make sure that you have included the correct e-mail and phone number with your order, in case we need to contact you for further information.
During check-out, use our "Estimate Shipping and Tax" tool to get an accurate quote for shipping costs, as your shipping cost will not be reflected in your cart until you reach the "Shipping Cost" tab during the actual check out process. CBH Shipping Costs are based on cart totals - not zip code, even though the tool requires your zip code to calculate.
- Expect custom signs, custom art, made to order rugs and lamps, plus hand painted items to ship within take 1-3 weeks. Updated time frames are disclosed in individual custom product descriptions and are also sent promptly upon after your intial order confirmation.
- CBH will notify you promptly of the items that are out of stock. We do our very best to keep our inventory maintained, but occasionally we run into this situation. You will have the option to keep your order open in a back-order status, receive store credit, or have your purchase refunded. It is the buyer's responsibility to cancel all back orders in writing, otherwise the back orders will ship.
- As items are shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking code - please make sure to use your correct e-mail address during check out so that we will be able to accurately notify you of your shipments.
We are not able to offer expedited shipping on many of our items, but do try to accommodate our customers as best we can.

If e-mailing, please indicate the item(s) that you are interested in, and a ship-to address so that we can accurately calculate your cost. A customer service representative will call or email you with express shipping options and costs for your approval, prior to completing the processing of your order.
Shipping costs for orders placed online, or on the phone with our customer service department are calculated automatically based on your merchandise order total.
