Caron's Beach House currently does not offer International Shipping
Free Shipping Promotions will ONLY apply to orders processed within the Continental United States. NO exceptions.
Alaska and Island Orders:
Please be aware that an additional shipping cost will be assessed for orders to Alaska, Hawaii, the Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico. An invoice will be sent after your order is placed for the actual shipping costs, and your order will not ship unless this invoice is paid prior to shipment.
Shipping Notes:
- In-stock (NON-Custom) items are usually shipped within 2-5 business days of placing your order. (many times much faster!) Please reference the product descriptions for better clarification on particular products. Please be aware that Covid-19 is having an impact on shipping and delivery and items may be delayed
- Custom Items (art, lighting, custom pillows) are typically shipped within 7-21 business days from the date of placing your order. Individual product descriptions will contain more specific time frames
- Please NOTE - orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours
- Once your order is shipped, we will post your tracking number and immediately send a shipping confirmation with the carrier and tracking details.
- Orders will arrive between 2-7 business days of shipment confirmation depending on the shipping address and the warehouse location.
- Please be aware that some of our merchandise will be shipped directly from our manufacturers and not all boxes will arrive at the same time to your address. We sincerely apologize ahead of time for this inconvenience.
- Caron's Beach House orders are shipped via UPS Ground, Fed-Ex Home Delivery, USPS Priority Mail and in the case of large rugs and furniture items, we will ship via Truck/Motor Freight.
- Please make sure that your correct shipping address is entered during the checkout process, in order to avoid costly address correction requests with our shipping companies and time delays.
- Please double check to make sure that you have included the correct contact e-mail address and phone number with your order, in case we need to contact you for further information, or if our shipping company needs to contact you for delivery time.
- Please make sure to check your shipping address on your order confirmation - we do need a STREET ADDRESS.

Shipping Notes:
During check-out, you can use our "Estimate Shipping and Tax" tool to get an accurate quote for shipping costs, as your shipping cost will may not be reflected in your cart until you reach the "Shipping Cost" tab during the actual check out process. CBH Shipping Costs are based on cart totals - NOT zip code, even though the tool requires your zip code to calculate. (see shipping chart cost below)
- CBH will notify you promptly of the items that are out of stock. We do our very best to keep our inventory maintained, but occasionally we run into this situation. Customers will have the option to keep your order open in a back-order status, receive store credit, or have your purchase refunded.
- It is the buyer's responsibility to cancel all back orders in writing, otherwise the back orders will ship.
Expedited Shipping:
We are not able to offer expedited shipping on many of our items, but do try to accommodate our customers as best we can.
