Coastal Red Coral Throw Pillow
The color is coral, and they are a soft coral, so I guess you could call this Coral Coral!
Technically, it's a Gorgonian, and it's a huge colony of individual creatures. The form is something like a flattened branch, so they are called Sea Fans or Sea Whips. Gorgonians are often very brightly colored in shades of yellow, red or purple. Their regular home is in tropical or sub-tropical saltwater. Certain ones can be maintained in reef aquariums; perhaps you've seen them there.
